Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for services provided by Ankit Kumar Singh.

1. Session Bookings (Online/Offline Classes)

Once a session is booked and payment is made, it is considered confirmed. In case of cancellation by the student, prior notice of at least 24 hours is required for rescheduling. Failure to inform within the given time may result in the session being forfeited without refund.

2. Event Bookings

For live performances, workshops, or event bookings, an advance payment is required to confirm the booking. This advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.

3. Refund Policy

All payments made are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases such as service unavailability or cancellation from our end, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling of sessions or events is subject to availability and mutual agreement.

5. Payment Issues

In case of duplicate payments or technical errors during payment, please contact us immediately. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.
